Set the foundation for effective team communication and task management.

Communication, planning, and accountability are a few of the most important aspects of managing a successful project. Today, you need to create a team Trello account for task management as well as a Slack or Discord channel for team communication. Make sure to add all team members and your instructor.

Once setup, your team needs to parse through the User Stories that were written this past weekend and begin categorizing them into systems. Once categorized, start to synthesize them into manageable tasks to populate your product backlog. Each item should have its own card on your team Trello board.

Make sure to add your instructor to the team task management board and communication channel. Post updates to your blog discussing progress and task synthesis of user stories.
